Investing in Your Healing
Therapy is more than an appointment. It’s a commitment to yourself. The time, energy, and resources you put into this process can create lasting change in how you think, feel, and connect with others.
Insurance
These are the insurance providers I’m currently contracted with. Please review the list below to see if your plan is included. I encourage you to contact your insurance company to verify your coverage, co-pay, and deductible information so you know what your out-of-pocket cost will be.

Optum
UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH

Please note that I am not contracted to work with Medicare.
Self-Pay
Why This Investment Matters
Therapy offers more than relief in the moment. It’s a space to safely explore your experiences, build coping tools, and create meaningful change. The benefits often extend far beyond our time together—supporting you in your work, relationships, and overall sense of self.
Payment Options
If you choose self-pay, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is required at the end of each session. All major credit cards and HSA cards are accepted.
Benefits of Self-Pay
Choice – You get to choose who you see, rather than being limited to providers in your insurance network.
Privacy – When insurance is used, a therapist must assign a diagnosis for reimbursement, which becomes part of your medical record. Paying out of pocket means your information stays private, and no diagnosis is required.
Flexibility – You decide how often and how long you’d like to meet. Insurance can sometimes restrict session length or frequency; self-pay allows you full control.
No Surprises – You’ll always know the exact cost of each session upfront.
Rates
50-minute Individual Therapy Session: $130
90-minute Individual Therapy Session: $200
Diagnostic Assessment: $175
A comprehensive clinical evaluation using a biopsychosocial model that considers biological, psychological, and social factors. This assessment includes a diagnosis.
Sliding Scale
I reserve a limited number of reduced-rate sessions for clients experiencing financial hardship. These are typically offered for a set period to support access to therapy during times of transition or difficulty.
Good Faith Estimate Information
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of your therapy services. This applies if you are not using insurance or choose to self-pay. You will receive a written estimate before starting services and may request one at any time. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. The full session fee will be charged for missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointments without 24 hours’ notice.
